Every mystery box is filled with real liquidation goods, shelf pulls, overstocks, or unclaimed mail, depending on the box type. Items range from home goods, toys, beauty products, lifestyle items, accessories, décor, gadgets, and more. We do not curate specific themes unless you choose a Themed Box.

How many items will I receive?

Mystery Mania (Small): 10–14 items
Loot Crate (Medium): 12–20 items
Mega Haul (Large): 21–28 items
Lost Mail Boxes: Based on parcel sizes

Larger items naturally reduce the total count — we pack by volume and fairness, not retail value.

How is value determined?

We pack based on box size, weight, and fairness, not promised retail value. Liquidation varies from load to load. Some boxes may contain name-brand items, while others may contain high-utility items. No two boxes are ever the same.

Are the items brand new?

Most items are new, shelf pulls, overstocks, or undelivered parcels. Some items may come in non-retail packaging due to liquidation or lost-mail processing.

Do you guarantee certain brands or categories?

No. Mystery boxes and lost mail boxes are random by nature. However, if you prefer a themed experience (toys, home goods, pets), choose from our Themed Mystery Boxes for more category consistency.

When will my order ship?

Processing takes 3–5 business days, especially during sales or holidays. After packing, shipping takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. After which, a tracking number is issued.

What is your refund policy?

Mystery boxes are non-returnable due to the nature of liquidation and lost mail.

Are these boxes good for gifting?

Yes! Many customers gift our boxes for birthdays, holidays, and surprise events. If you choose gift wrap, email us your order number & occasion within 24 hours.
