The honest part
Surprises Are Fun. Confusion Isn’t.
Every Box Is Different
Two boxes of the same size can hold completely different things. That's the point of the format.
Influencers Don't Get Better Boxes
Creator orders come off the same packing table, in the same rotation, as everyone else's.
Mystery Boxes Aren't Built for Resale
Plenty of people resell what they get — but we don't price or pack around resale margins.
Free Shipping on Every Box
All boxes ship free to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC — no minimum purchase. Other destinations pay carrier rates. Coffee ships separately with its own delivery charge.
