How long packing takes, how rates are set and what happens once your box leaves our table.

Shipping destinations

We accept orders from the United States, Canada and Europe, including the United Kingdom and non-EU destinations such as Norway and Switzerland. Delivery is subject to carrier service availability and restrictions for your destination and the contents of your box. Available rates appear after you enter your address at checkout.

International shipments may require customs declarations and may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage or other carrier fees. Customs clearance can add time beyond the carrier's estimated transit time. Checkout availability does not override import restrictions on particular goods.

Processing time

Orders are hand-packed in 5–7 business days. During launches and holiday periods this can stretch slightly; we post updates in the announcement bar when it does.

Shipping rates

All boxes ship free to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC, with no minimum purchase. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, Canada and Europe are excluded from free shipping; actual carrier rates based on box weight and destination appear at checkout.

Royal Robusta Coffee ships separately and retains its $6.99 delivery charge. Pallets and truckloads require a separate freight quote and are not part of the box free-shipping offer.

Carriers and transit

We ship with major carriers using the services available for your destination. Transit time is added after processing and is estimated by the carrier, not guaranteed by us.

Tracking is emailed as soon as a label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but your box hasn't arrived, check with neighbours and your carrier first, then contact us with your order number.

For boxes damaged in transit, file a claim directly with the carrier that delivered your package — keep the box, packaging and photos, as carriers require them.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship once you cover the return and reshipment postage.
