Return & Refund Policy
At Pretty Packed Box, every order is hand-packed with care. Because our mystery boxes are built from mixed surprise inventory and limited-quantity goods, all sales are treated as final once fulfillment has begun. This policy is designed to protect both our customers and our small-business operations.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Time
Orders are processed in the order received. We get hundreds of orders a day, we appreciate your patience.
Standard fulfillment time is 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for picking, packing, and quality checks before shipment.
You will receive an email with tracking once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons (holidays, clearance events, or large volume periods), fulfillment may extend to 7 business days.

2. Final-Sale Items & Non-Returnable Goods
Because each mystery box contains unique, surprise contents, we cannot offer exchanges, returns, or item swaps once an order has entered fulfillment.
Exceptions apply only in cases of:
Wrong item or duplicate shipment caused by our error
Missing shipment (confirmed by carrier investigation)
Product damage due to carrier mishandling (claim required within 5 days of delivery).
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only if:
A cancellation request is submitted before the order enters the “Processing/Packing” stage.
A verified error occurred on our end (e.g., wrong label, duplicate charge).
The carrier confirms a non-delivery or loss claim.
All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
We take fraud prevention seriously. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Pretty Packed Box constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service.
Before disputing a charge with your card issuer, please email prettypackedbox@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We resolve most concerns promptly through this channel.
If a chargeback is filed:
We will provide your signed order authorization, IP address, email logs, and tracking confirmation as proof of fulfillment.
We reserve the right to suspend future purchases or delivery to addresses associated with fraudulent disputes.
False or malicious claims may be pursued for chargeback abuse or fraud under applicable laws.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Take photos of the outer box and contents immediately.
Notify us within 5 days of delivery at prettypackedbox@gmail.com.
We will file a carrier claim and issue a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if processing has not begun. After that, the order is locked for fulfillment.
7. Policy Acceptance
By completing a purchase on PrettyPackedBox.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A.
