Who We Are

Pretty Packed Box (also known as Overstock Outfitters on Whatnot) operates strictly within the liquidation and overstock industry. Our products come directly from major retail chains and online retailers liquidating shelf-pulls, discontinued items, excess inventory, and seasonal overstocks.

Items may include clearance stickers, packaging variations, or non-uniform labeling. All goods originate from legitimate retail supply chains — never Amazon returns, used merchandise, or customer-returned mail.

How Our Mystery Boxes Work

Each Pretty Packed Box is built from the truckload we are actively processing at the time of fulfillment. Because liquidation loads vary, every box is unique.

We do NOT:

Pre-sort by value, theme, or category

Curate boxes to gender, age, or lifestyle

Customize boxes based on customer requests

Guarantee specific item counts, categories, or retail values

Your box may include items you personally do not use. Examples include:

Pet products (even if you do not own pets)

Toys (even if you do not have children)

Beauty items (regardless of preference)

Home goods, décor, crafts, or seasonal products

We remove only visibly damaged or non-retail-quality items; the rest is packed as is, per standard liquidation practice.

No Customization or Personalization

Mystery boxes are not tailored to any individual. We do not request — and do not consider — customer demographics such as age, gender, household size, preferences, allergies, or lifestyle.

If you prefer to choose what you receive, retail shopping is the correct option. Mystery boxes are random by nature, and expecting a customized outcome defeats the purpose.

Many liquidation and overstock items originate from off-season sales, retail markdowns, or clearance events. As part of our commitment to transparency, we do not remove clearance, markdown, or retail pricing stickers that may be present on items.

However, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Clearance or markdown stickers do not represent the value, quality, or composition of a mystery box.

  • We do not calculate, sort, or curate boxes based on retail price, clearance price, MSRP, or perceived resale value.

  • Pricing labels reflect a retailer’s internal markdown strategy at a specific point in time and are not used by Pretty Packed Box to determine box contents, fairness, or value.

  • Off-season or clearance labeling does not indicate defect, damage, or inferiority — it reflects standard retail liquidation practices.

  • Any pricing, tags, or stickers visible on items are provided as-is for transparency only, not as a promise of value, savings, or resale potential.

Purchases should be made solely for the mystery experience, not based on expectations derived from visible retail or clearance pricing.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping rates are automatically calculated by weight, distance, and destination ZIP code. These rates are not altered by Pretty Packed Box.

Boxes are packed prior to label creation and are prepared by hand by our warehouse team.

Influencer Policy

All boxes come from the same truckload batches, whether shipped to customers or influencers. Box size may differ, but content quality does not.

Some influencers receive gifted boxes; many purchase their own. All are packed identically under the same liquidation conditions.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All sales are final due to the nature of liquidation and mystery merchandise.

We do NOT accept:

Returns

Exchanges

Order cancellations

Refunds for preference-based dissatisfaction

Refunds will not be issued for:

Disappointment in contents

Item type mismatch

Perceived value

“Too many” or “not enough” of any category

If control over item selection is important, do not purchase a mystery box.

LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing from Pretty Packed Box or Overstock Outfitters, you agree to the following liability waiver and assumption of risk, applicable in all U.S. states, territories, and international destinations:

Food, Snacks & Consumables

We may include sealed retail food, beverages, candy, snacks, or edible products.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for checking all ingredients, allergens, expiration dates, and dietary restrictions.

Pretty Packed Box is not liable for any allergic reactions, choking hazards, food sensitivities, health reactions, or consumption-related issues.

You consume all edible items at your own risk.

Children’s Products & Toys

Some boxes may contain toys, small parts, or age-specific products.
You agree that:

You assume full responsibility for supervising minors.

Pretty Packed Box is not liable for choking, injury, misuse, or age-inappropriate items included in the box.

All children’s items must be used following manufacturer safety guidelines.

Pet Products

Pet items may be included.
You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for determining if a product is safe for your pet.

Pretty Packed Box is not liable for allergic reactions, ingestion issues, illness, or injuries resulting from pet product use.

Beauty, Cosmetics, Skin Products & Fragrances

Beauty and skincare products may cause reactions based on individual sensitivity.
You agree that:

Use of cosmetic products is at your own risk.

Pretty Packed Box is not liable for skin irritation, allergic reactions, breakouts, or any adverse effects.

Household, Tools, Seasonal Items, Electronics & Miscellaneous Goods

All general merchandise must be used according to manufacturer instructions. You agree that:

Pretty Packed Box is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, or misuse of any product.

We do not guarantee suitability for any specific purpose.

Liquidation items may contain variations that consumers must review before use.

Assumption of Risk

By completing your purchase, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with handling, using, or consuming any item within the box.

No Warranty

All merchandise is sold as-is, without warranty, guarantee, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Waiver of Claims

You fully release Pretty Packed Box, Global Produx Ltd, and Overstock Outfitters from any liability related to:

Injury

Illness

Allergic reaction

Choking

Accidental harm

Property damage

Pet or child harm

Misuse of items

Ingestion or consumption

Any product-related incident

This waiver applies regardless of jurisdiction.
If this is unacceptable, do not purchase a mystery box.

Resale Disclaimer

Boxes are not designed or guaranteed for resale profit. Liquidation varies in product type, condition, and sell-through potential.

Fraud & Chargebacks

We maintain detailed documentation and verification for all orders. Fraudulent claims, misuse of chargebacks, or false reports will be submitted to Shopify, Whatnot, the financial institution, and any necessary legal authorities.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you fully understand and accept the risks and conditions of liquidation sales and mystery boxes.
